"Company" means Adel LegalTech Limited, the owner and operator of the Service.

"Service" covers the website operated by the Company (the "Site") and every page, feature, software component or technology we provide.

"User" is any individual or entity that visits, browses or uses the Site in any way.

"User-Generated Content" means any content that Users upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site.

The Company and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Site and its intellectual-property rights. Local and international copyright, trademark and other laws protect the Site.

The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any of its services at any time without notice.

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Continued access to or use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of or related to (a) access to or use of the Site; (b) acts or content of third parties; or (c) accuracy of content obtained through the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some areas of the Site may require registration. Users must provide accurate, complete information and update it promptly.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Site immediately and without notice. It may refuse service, close accounts, remove content or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms take effect from the date of publication.

Account creation and use may require verification and approval by the Company.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
