Adel's platform was created to make legal materials easily accessible and to support practitioners with reliable data. By accessing or using our services you agree to these terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Adel LegalTech Limited. If you do not accept them, you may not use the services. The preamble forms an integral part of these terms.
1. Definitions
"Company" means Adel LegalTech Limited, the owner and operator of the Service.
"Policy" refers to these Terms & Conditions, including the introduction and the contact methods set out below.
"Service" covers the website operated by the Company (the "Site") and every page, feature, software component or technology we provide.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
